They Haven't Eaten In Days. We Can Change That Today.
Children are among the most vulnerable victims of conflict and humanitarian emergencies. In Gaza, thousands of children face daily challenges including hunger, displacement, limited access to clean water, inadequate healthcare, and interrupted education.
I came here as a journalist. I came to document, to report, to bear witness. But there are moments in this work when the distance between observer and human being collapses entirely and this is one of them.
I have watched a mother tear a single piece of flatbread into four pieces for her children and take nothing for herself. I have sat with women who have lost their homes, their neighbourhoods, sometimes their families and who still wake up every morning trying to find food for the children in their care.
“She told me she hadn’t eaten a proper meal in four days. She was smiling so her children wouldn’t worry.”
I could not simply keep filming. So I started coordinating. I found six extraordinary local women , their own families displaced, their own lives upended who know this community, know who is most desperate, and know how to reach them safely. The situation is deteriorating faster than aid is arriving. Children are showing signs of malnutrition. Clean water is scarce. Basic medicines are nearly impossible to find. Every hour matters.
These are not aid workers in the traditional sense. They are mothers, daughters, and sisters, displaced themselves, who refused to stop caring for others even while carrying their own grief. They are the reason your donation will reach the right hands.

Displaced from northern Gaza. Coordinates food distribution to families near her shelter.

Former teacher. Tracks which children have gone without food and where medical needs are most urgent.

They move on foot to reach families in areas where vehicles cannot safely pass.

Focus on mothers with newborns and young children, the most vulnerable and hardest to reach.
Every pound donated goes directly to purchasing and distributing essentials on the ground. I am documenting every purchase and will post receipts and updates regularly.
Flour, rice, canned goods, baby formula, bottled water — basics that have become luxuries here.
Soap, sanitary products, nappies — critical for preventing disease in crowded conditions.
Rehydration salts, paracetamol, wound dressings, vitamins for malnourished children.
For children and elderly in exposed shelters. Cold nights are as dangerous as hunger.
As a journalist, transparency is not optional. Every donation received will be tracked through written reports, photographs, and updates from the field. We believe donors deserve to know exactly how their support is helping children and families in need.
You will not be donating into a void. You will see the difference your support makes
You don’t need to give much. In Gaza right now, £10 can feed a family for a day.
£25 can keep a child nourished for a week. Every single pound matters enormously.
Can’t donate? Please share this page. One share could change everything for a child tonight.
